Men’s Club Triples Results

The Byford Men’s Club Triples saw 10 sides entered in good spirited competition played across consecutive Sunday’s on November 10th and 17th.

The semi final saw Frank Jones’s side knock off the team skippered by Ric Shinnick whilst Gary Pemberton’s team beat the rink skipped by Don Bradshaw.

The final was a competitive affair however Gary Pemberton’s (skip) team of Mal Kinnaird (2nd), and Vaughan Heard proved a touch too good in the wash up defeating Frank Jones (skip), Walter Kemp (2nd) and Ray York (lead) 19-14.

The plate was won by Alan Walters, Michael Brooks and Ken Monkhouse who defeated Howard Barlow’s team 20-15.
